Rained OUT trip to Calgary
Yesterday Jodi and I had another one of our quick trip ideas to take the kids to the Calgary Zoo, unfortunately I didn't check the Calgary forecast and when we got into south Calgary these dark black clouds rolled in. So after much discussion weather or not to spend the money and get rained out at the zoo , we decided to go shopping instead...with 5 kids all under the age of 5. YIKES. We only hit 3 stores and that was plenty for the kiddos. Luckily we spotted a CHUCK E. CHEESE right next door to the mall so we went to let the kids play. Good thing we did because it poured rain in Calgary all afternoon. They had a wonderful time. Three hours of fun before they had to go back in the van and travel the 2 hours back to Coaldale. It wasn't a total right off trip after all. It was nice to meet up with my good friend Carissa who recently moved to Calgary and visit with her also. So I guess we will be heading back to Calgary another day and pray for nicer weather.

Yes it was a good trip after all. Dispite the meltdowns in the store the crying because the kids were stuck in their carseats FOREVER. LOL! Tyson & Carson were so excited to tell Ty about Chuch E. Cheese. They LOVED it! I guess we know where we will have to go again. Thanks for the good times.
It was fun seeing you again. We'll definitely have to do a Zoo trip!
Chuck E Cheese! Love that place. Sometimes we just go there to play the games. Who says you have to be a kid?
