Saturday we decided to go and do a little family outing, it has been so long since we really did anything on a Saturday but WORK. We ended up going up to the pasture and walking into the cabin. Ya you heard me right! We walked into the cabin, it would be about 4 miles there and back, through snow drifts, with both my kids, Hunter almost 3 and Gunner 5 months. Didn't that sound like your grandpa telling you a story about his childhood or what .
I was really happy with Hunter he did so well walking all that way !
Oh I forgot my Mom and Dad came with us. It was fun to pack in a little lunch and have a hot dog roast together. We had a awesome day. The weather couldn't have been better.

Looks like you guys had so much fun! I can't believe that Hunter made it all the way there and back. He sure must have been tired to fall asleep like that.

That's enough exercise to last a month towing all those kids! What a fun way to spend a Saturday. Can you believe we are Moms to these little ones? You have a very sweet family boonder.

Do you always have to walk into your cabin? It makes things so much more meaningful, though, doesn't it. A real getaway from it all.
